Hi! I am a legal conceptualist for the creative and art industries. My work focuses on innovative, inclusive methods of use of intellectual copyrighted goods. It embraces inclusive copyright, the economy of attention and impression, content in exchange for attention, the consensual value of artistic and scientific works, and NFT ownership of intangible goods in the frame of Web3. Music, remix musical culture, and related legal issues such as the concept of musical ideas, the cases of improper appropriation and plagiarism, and the unique quality test for musical works are the subject of my special attention and primary inspiration. All the topics I encapsulated in my research and an educational program named Law of the music industry.
